Hi all, I'm Jemma, the creator (and actual embodiment) of A Scottish Dumpling!
This site is my first proper foray into blogging (I say proper, because I made an actual website for it, therefore it's 'official'), and I'll be taking you all along on my food journey, where I'll be cooking, taking photos of, and most importantly, eating all of the (predominantly Eastern) Asian food that comes my way, because everyone says you should write about what you're good at, and I don't think you could find anyone who would argue that I'm not good at eating my weight in ramen, chow mein, and (of course) dumplings.
